Maintenance requests

Maintenance form details and optional photos are sent directly to DRG Management by our email delivery provider. Photos are attached to that email and are not saved in a separate website request or photo archive.

Leasing inquiries

Your name, contact information, city preference, and message are sent privately to the DRG Management leasing inbox so the team can respond to your inquiry.

Rental applications

This website provides invited applicants with a blank, fillable rental application. Completed applications are not uploaded to or stored by this website. If you choose to email a completed application, your device opens your email provider and nothing is sent until you manually attach the PDF and send the message. Ordinary email may not be end-to-end encrypted.

Third parties

Rent payments are handled by Apartments.com. Repair videos are click-to-load: no YouTube frame is requested until you choose to load it. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Security and retention

Website forms do not create a public account or resident database. DRG Management may retain received messages as needed to address a request, meet operational obligations, or comply with law.
