Resident services should work for everyone.
We are building this website toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and continue to improve its usability with keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and reduced-motion settings.
Our approach
We use semantic page structure, visible focus, readable contrast, explicit form labels and errors, meaningful image descriptions, large touch targets, written alternatives to video, and no color-only instructions.

Ongoing review
WCAG Level AA is our engineering target, not a claim of legal certification. Automated checks are paired with manual review, and a qualified human accessibility audit is recommended before a broad public launch.
